CoreChange es una empresa especializada en cambio y transformación con neurociencia a todos los niveles.
35 años acompañando empresas de primer nivel a gestionar proyectos estratégicos especiales para sus clientes, empleados y usuarios.
Gestionando proyectos en las areas de Marketing y Comercial, Finanzas y Sistemas | Digital en grandes corporaciones se especializó en Gestión de Proyectos PMP y Gestión del Cambio con la Certificación ADKAR de PROSCI, después de haber trabajado como directora de Marketing y Comunicación y haberse especializado en coaching ejecutivo somático y en neurociencia para la empresa en el MIT de Massachussets.
Ha trabajado muchos años en ortopedia y traumatología, con especialidad en dolor crónico, que también ha sufrido por un accidente en su adolescencia y es lo que la llevó a estudiar a fondo la neurociencia, descubriendo que las vías neuronales del dolor físico son las mismas que las del dolor emocional, como la ansiedad, el estrés y otros. Esto la llevó a especializarse en neurociencia del estrés y el trauma, el nervio vago y coaching sanitario.
Este abordaje completo la capacita para implementar proyectos de cambio de principio a fin a todos los niveles, desde el trabajo con los máximos ejecutivos para definir el perímetro del proyecto y centrarlo, preparar las comunicaciones adecuadas para despertar el deseo de cambio en las personas afectadas, hasta la organización de formaciones y el trabajo tanto en grupo como a nivel individual para trabajar resistencias y miedos.

The history of Core Change and its founder
Core Change is a company specialized in transformation and change at all levels.
For 35 years, it has been supporting top-tier companies in managing strategic special projects for their clients, employees, and users.
In her work within large corporations, Astrid Arnold specialized in Project Management (PMP) and Change Management with the PROSCI ADKAR Certification, after working as a Marketing and Communications Director and gaining expertise in somatic executive coaching and neuroscience for business at MIT in Massachusetts. She managed projects for several years across Marketing & Sales, Finance, and IT | Digital departments.
She also spent many years working in orthopedics and traumatology, with a specialization in chronic pain - something she personally experienced her whole life due to an accident in her adolescence. This led her to deeply study neuroscience, where she discovered that the neural pathways for physical pain are the same as those for emotional pain. This drove her to specialize in the neuroscience of stress and trauma, the vagus nerve, and health coaching.
She studied at the Polyvagal Institute with Dr. Stephen Porges, who discovered the role of the Vagus nerve in regulating stress and the nervous system and established the Polyvagal Theory. She also trained in Somatic Experiencing for trauma treatment using body-based neuroscience, and in somatic coaching, which combines both body and mind neuroscience - among other complementary specialties.
This comprehensive approach enables her to implement change projects from start to finish and at all levels: from working with senior executives to define and focus the project scope, crafting effective communication strategies to ignite the desire for change among those affected, to organizing training sessions and working both in groups and one-on-one to address resistance and fears.
She also collaborates with a broad network of specialists who support the projects with highly specialized services.
